These are super super easy recipes, but technically new to me so I figure they count!
# 30: Tilapia Old Bay
Preheat oven to 375° F (190° C). Lightly oil a baking sheet with Pam. Add a little of olive oil to the keep to keep it moist. Dust with Old Bay to taste. Bake for 10 minutes, turn fillets over and add more Old Bay. Continue to bake for another 5 to 10 minutes, or until the fish flakes when you poke into it with a fork.
# 31: Old Bay Rice
Use proportions of Minute Rice and Chicken Broth as suggested by box. Add 1 teaspoon of Old Bay (or more to taste). Cook according to directions. Be careful not to add to much Old Bay or it will be very salty!
