Topping:
2 cups tomatoes
1 cup basil
2 Tablespoons Capers
1/4-1/2 cup olive oil (depending on taste)
Salt & Pepper
This recipe is not really exact. Just add the above ingredients until they taste good to you. I never use a measuring cup with this one!
Serve the basil, caper, and tomato mixture over baked or grilled salmon.
