Bump Progression, Round 2

I posted a "bump progression" post back in April when I was 25 weeks.  Here's round two to commemorate reaching "full term."    I remember thinking earlier in my pregnancy how huge I was feeling.  Well,  I didn't know what huge meant!  Now,  I feel positively enormous!!  I now am carrying approximately...

Baby: 7 to 9 pounds

Placenta: 2 to 3 pounds

Amniotic fluid: 2 to 3 pounds

Uterine enlargement: 2 to 5 pounds

Increased blood volume: 4 to 5 pounds

Breast enlargement: 1 pound

Fluid in maternal tissue: 3 to 4 pounds

 I am trying to enjoy the last few weeks (or days!) of my pregnancy,  but I must admit that I am getting pretty uncomfortable.    I simply cannot wait until Scott arrives so we can meet him.    I'm also extremely curious what he looks like.  I  know that according to the laws of evolution,  babies tend to look like their fathers. (NY Times) I wonder,  though,  what specific traits we will see.  Stay tuned!
