23 Weeks!

What's New With Nate?  He can listen to your voice and your heartbeat -- and even to loud sounds like cars honking and dogs barking at this stage.  And Nate's is 23 ounces (1 pound, 7 ounces)  according to our ultrasound on Monday.
Gain: 16 pounds according to the OB scale.  I think I'll start posting only weights from the OB since I know they show my true gain. 

Sleep?   Doing pretty good actually!  Knock on wood,  we've successfully sleep trained Scott using the Sleep Lady Shuffle Method!  He woke up once last night at 5:00am and I sat with him for about 5 minutes until he feel asleep on his own! He then slept in till 8:30 and I did too. 

Best moment this week?   Spending lots of time with Scott before classes start up again on Thursday.

Food cravings: Sweets, especially a butterfinger blizzard from Dairy Queen.  Trying really hard to resist.

Sex of the Baby:  Boy!

Movement:   I've got myself one active baby!

What I miss? Red wine with my spaghetti dinner. 

What I'm looking forward to:  Thinking more and more about Nate's nursery.  I'm contemplating a bird theme.
