# 38: Healthy Onion Turkey Loaf
Ingredients:
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup oatmeal
- 1 envelope dry onion soup mix
1. Pre-Heat the oven to 350.
2. Combine all ingredients together and form in a loaf.
3. Cook for one hour. Serve with ketchup if desired.
