Six Months Old!

Wow!  Little Scott....big Scott....is now six months old!  Yesterday at his well-baby appointment he weighed 17 pounds, 6 ounces (49%)  He's 26 1/4 inches tall (45%) .  Crazy how quickly time is flying by!  Scott is developing so much personality, and both Rob and I are enjoying being parents. 

Scott loves....

1.)   Playing what I am now calling "the Throw Game."  I pile as many small toys as I can on his exersaucer and he quickly throws them all off.  He loves it.  He seems to watch the toy as it hits the ground.  The funny thing: he gets really upset when he runs out of toys to throw.

2.)  Playing "Off to the Races" with Mommy and Daddy.  Seems as though Rob and I have no shame when we parent....

3.)  Eating!  We've given him and he has enjoyed avocado, banana, peas, carrots,  prunes,  and pear.   The only food he rejected outright was squash.

4.)  Sticking his tongue out.

5.)  Staring at his toes

6.)  He love love loves making as many new sounds as he possibly can.

7.)  He loves when his Daddy tickles his neck.

8.)  He loves splashing in the bath tub.

Scott.   Your Mommy and Daddy love you so much!  You bring so much fun and excitement to our lives, and we can't even imagine our lives with you.   Hugs to my little Scott B.
