Fantastically fabulous salmon recipe from the Virginia Chutney Company! I can't really explain it, but there is something unusual and wonderful about this recipe. I personally love salmon, chutney, and fennel. I never would have imagined that these ingredients would meld together so well, though. This recipe is also super easy, at least according to my darling husband. He made it himself and plated the meal perfectly for Valentines' Day. I feel very loved.
The meal served perfectly with a dry white wine. We drank a bottle of Conundrum. Heavenly delicious.
